It was perfect aside from the jetted tub:)

The staff were very nice, no deposit fee, and they have a continental breakfast!

The jetted tub in our king suite that I paid $150 for one night, was not even usable, it was disgusting how dirty that tub was aswell as the hair stuck in all the jets.. upset because that’s why I purchased that room and wasn’t even able to use what I paid to use!

Pool area was awesome for the kids. The room we had was very nice and comfortable. You could only hear people in the hallway but in the room was peaceful.

Will not stay there again.

Looked good from outside. Looked clean when you walked in. Breakfast was ok. Laundry room was okay. Room looked okay that my family and myself was in.

Pool for the kids was not working at all. The hot tub was not clean an all. The pool was ok but not all clean. One of the front desk ladies was not pleasant.

Overall the hotel is a great place to stay when I travel for work. I leave to early in the morning to eat breakfast ther

I like that it has a hot tub that is advertised and actually functional! It is usually a quiet place to stay while I am working my long shifts for work.

It was a bit noisy late into the night there during my past stay due to the fact there was a young sports team also staying at the hotel who were running up and down the hallway.

It was close to the surgicenter at a reasonable price.

Very clean & at good value.

For two mornings in a row no effort was made to provide milk for children at breakfast. Someone was wrong to think simply posting a sign, “out of order,” on the dispenser solved this problem to the best of their ability. Simply unacceptable!!

the guy at the front desk was very nice and tried his best to fix the situation. he got us a new room big enough for us

the sofa bed was broken so i went to the desk and was offered a roll away cot. While waiting for the cot realized the tv remotes didn’t work. I went back to the desk and found out the cot was also broken so I had to move rooms at 1AM with a toddler

Great location to stay with an electric vehicle.

Hotel was conveniently located. Nice play area in the pool for younger kids. Electric vehicle charger was great feature.

Breakfast was just ok. Beds were way too soft for me and seemed dated.

Quiet rooms

It was absolutely quiet despite being next to front desk, elevator, ice machine & highest traffic area. It had walk in shower with chair.

The pillows were not uncomfortable but more like throw pillows. I prefer more bounce in my pillows & a regular size. A motion light in the closet may be helpful. It may also be helpful to put a sticker on the mirror to indicate that iron & board were behind. One front desk person (guy) did not know that, but the other (gal) did. Personally, I would prefer hard floors as opposed to carpet. Easier to know they were cleaned. (Normally travel with dogs)

We loved this place and when we returned we would stay here again,

The hotel was comfortable, and easy to use as a home base for our vacation to the Twin Cities.

The pool area was great but having nicer towels and the potential to take the towels back to the room would have been convenient.

We would stay again.

friendly staff, pools were great for the kids and the continental breakfast was great.

The only negative was that the whirlpool tub in our room must have not been used for awhile because once the water filled and we turned on the jets dirt came flying out and we had to quickly get out of the tub. My husband ran the jets until clean water came out so it should be good for the next guests. I would say this isn’t the hotels fault though as they wouldn’t have know it hadn’t been run in awhile.

Affordable hotel with a nice pool

The swimming pool was great for kids. The beds were comfortable. The fresh waffles at breakfast were a plus. The price was really affordable.

The bathroom was pretty beat up. There was red mold in the corners. The breakfast was in the lobby, and there were not enough chairs for everyone, and the doors constantly open and close making it cold.
