This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. NEVER NEVER AGAIN.

Nothing....

The room rate, the smell the carpet, the beds, the bathroom and towels all dated and gross and it had a horrible musty chlorine smell, walls very thin, could hear EVERYTHING..people talking, water running, toilets flushing. The pool, hot tub, NASTY. Ugh, Never Again, I want my money back !

Superb

A little rough around the edges, but clean and perfect for our three-night stay over the Fourth of July! It's a great value if you're not fussy. Staff was friendly and the beach was beautiful. We'll be back!

Pool area needs some repair and updating, but you can tell progress is being made on making this hotel a destination resort.

Was sick and had to leave

We only stayed one night because I was ill. The lady at the front desk said we should be able to cancel without a cancellation fee. But then she said we’d have to contact booking.com but I couldn’t find a phone number. Please confirm second night was canceled and we won’t be charged. 734 476-6114

Great location for the price.

Rooms are dated, things in rooms did not work (phone and alarm clock), issues with billing delayed check in and check out (not well integrated with Booking.com)

The gentleman working was very nice and accommodating

The door locks were in poor condition and made it hard to open the door and feel secure.

Are you kidding? Terrible I need a couple paragraphs.

Pool was cold as well as hot tub! Done.

Well they took payment out the morning of our arrival we showed up 15minutes before check in and told us to wait until 3. Then at CK in they billed my account again so I went back to let them know and they did nothing about it.

The hotel is pretty good and the staff friendly.

The staff was nice and efficient and the room was clean and pretty much what I expected.

The bed was too soft and the headboard a bit noisy. Also, there was no remote control for the TV, so I didn't bother with it.

View and beach was nice

Room was dirty heater was broke falling apart and there was blood on window and heater along with hair coming out of jets on tub

Friendly staff

Breakfast could use some protein, yogurt, fruit etc. All simple carbs and sugar didn’t work well for our family. Still had to buy breakfast.

Very good

The room was clean. The clerk was nice. The location was good.

Door didn't close very well. Heater kept waking us up (noisy) We were also woke up in the middle of night by arguing (probably drunks).

I wanted this place to be better but it fell flat. it wouldn’t take much to improve!

Friendly staff, excellent location, fridge and microwave. Pet friendly- (we had our dog!) Breakfast included. Beautiful sunrise made us forget our issues with our stay!

The room was very damp and the beds were extremely uncomfortable and felt damp. Floor felt wet. There were lots of cobwebs in corners and above mirror. We had dropped off our things, had a full day and didn’t get back until late and suffered through- this was the only pet friendly hotel in the area.

Mold in and on mini fridge, mold on shower curtain,mold on bathroom floor, dirty floors,(somebody previously spelled something under bed and was never mopped) paints chips on the floor, so humid in room even the cloths in the suitcase were damp, no working fan in bathroom .the window sill had broken chips and many dead bugs . We bought paper towels and cleaner and cleaned what we could to stay since we could not find another place to stay
