Cleanliness and the food is great

The beds were horribly uncomfortable

Friendly staff, very clean facilities, continental breakfast had many choices.

there was an issue with billing. I’m still unsure if it’s a Booking.com issue or the property mistake.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome!

They didn’t provide lotion however I live that they provide Elizabeth and Crabtree products.

* The level of customer service was disappointing. I booked a room with a sofa bed and paid for 2 adults and 2 children. When we arrived they had forgotten to make up the sofa bed. I asked reception at 8:30pm. No one came. We had 2 small children who needed to sleep. At 9pm I called reception again to remind them. At 9:15pm (45 minutes after I first asked) a lady arrived with a bag of bedding and dumped it in the doorway. I was surprised, expecting she was going to make up the bed, so I asked her to do it. She didn’t speak English. So my wife asked her in fluent Spanish. The lady said “it just pulls out” and walked away. However, when we pulled it there was only a bare mattress. So we made up our own sofa bed that night. * The pool water was dirty and they had run out of towels. My daughter found a big clump of hair in the pool. * Breakfast had plastic cutlery, which had the combined effect of feeling both cheap and environmentally wasteful at the same time.
