I had asked for a specific room layout, and although my initial room was not to my liking, the staff worked to give me what I had asked for. I was grateful.

The Line is a pleasant place to stay and No Goodbyes is a pleasant restaurant. Coffee shop staff and coffee are decent also. Room was fine, hallways a bit worn.
The amenities fee $27/day that is added whether you use amenities (including wifi) at all. We used none and were still billed. This did not show up on our confirmation when we reserved. I don't know if this is a Line or a Bookings problem but it was not factored into our choice because it was invisible until we checked out.
