The staffs are very friendly, helpful and courteous.
The lack of facilities in the room. There are no electric kettle and microwave in the room. Should have at least some water bottle in the fridge or the room.The tub is small and shallow.

The moment I walked through the front doors I was greeted by Carl who was extremely welcoming. He was very quick and efficient at checking us in and informing me on the hotel’s amenities. He even helped ys switch the type of room we were staying in to better fit my family. He is a great asset to the hotel.
We found a urine stain on the mattress cover of the pullout couch. We did not end up using it and my kids were pretty bummed out

Rooms were decent in size and what I needed.
Too much for a one night stay. Especially when we couldn’t even use the pool as it was over crowded, noisy and poorly ventilated. Not to mention I had to leave the hotel to get my desired food. (Dominoes). I would like part of my room fees to be refunded. As I paid for services I did not receive.
