barely anything, too much noise, very rude employees, stained and dirty bedding, we have to deal with a long night of noise and vibration since our room was above the laundry room and on the street side, they refused to give us a different room and they sarcatismently told us we are not going to turn off the machines for you I guess that is the reason they hide behind a dark glass

We booked a room in this hotel. We phoned and paged to the hotel in order to know is it possible to check in at midnight. In both cases we recieved positive answer but when we came to the hotel we were told that there are no avalible rooms and, as a result, we were left in the street at cold night. We were forced to look for another hotel

the room was good. it was clean and accurate (but not ideal), good bed. good size of room. there was a table and some "chairs".

only one thing most. i couldn't call a taxi. and ask in reception to call taxi for me. in 3 am. the woman said that they don't provide that service. and it was miracle. one woman just client in hotel. call taxi for me. very grateful to her, and he frend. they cancelled they're ride and gived to me they're taxi. and I could be late for a very important meeting.

A/c don’t work and when I ask the staff to change my room they told me that they don’t have any more room’s is like take or live the girls at the front office don’t have any idea how to try a customer no friendly and really bad customer service.!!
