Close to every thing
I was disappointed with my stay at Avila Beach Hilton. Unfortunately, the guests in the room above us were constantly walking and making noise late into the night. We were unable to get a good night’s sleep for two consecutive nights.
We reported the issue to the front desk, and we were told that security would check on it. Unfortunately, the noise continued, and nothing seemed to be done to resolve the situation.
The hotel itself is in a beautiful location, but a restful night’s sleep is one of the most important parts of a hotel stay. I hope the hotel takes guest noise complaints more seriously and follows through when concern.
