Great location, loved the history of the hotel, hotel staff were very accommodating, bed was very comfortable and the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent! Highly recommend the Brooks hotel.

The breakfast was fantastic. I had the Huckleberry pancakes, with eggs and bacon. The bacon was crispy just the way I like it. The coffee was superb. Our waitress Chelsea greeted us with a smile and a hello as soon as we entered the restaurant.

The location was nice in historic downtown and accessible to bars and restaurants.
No elevator, thin walls, could hear water running in adjacent unit, pet hair on couch, couch very uncomfortable, minimal room on left side of bed, bathroom not great - tub chipped and squeaked.
