AC was hard to control, so was very cold. Bed was very low. Front desk staff was so so.

Central location in Scotts Valley, CA and close to Santa Cruz, CA.
The rooms are not cleaned everyday. Litter accumulates in the rooms.

We loved how spacious our room was. It was on the bottom floor and was very comfortable sleep. There was no noise from the street. Great location to visit Santa Cruz.
Their should be more breakfast options. The eggs were overdone but the fruit was delicious.

Great location near to our kids.
Lots of noise last night. Hard to sleep. Lots of noise in the 3rd floor around 2:30 until around 4pm. Breakfast in the morning was average at best.
