Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man mitten drin sein möchte.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Herzen von Annapolis, direkt an der kleinen, recht ruhigen Main Street. Frühstück bekommt man im Erdgeschoß in Chick & Ruths Delly, einer einmaligen Gaststätte. Typischer kann man die USA nicht erleben. Super freundliches Personal und die besten Lump Crab Cakes der Vereinigten Staaten (jedes Jahr neu prämiert). Zum Frühstück sind besonders die Muffins zu empfehlen. Die werden halbiert, mit Salzbutter bestrichen und nochmal in den Ofen geschoben. Köstlich !

Kleines Zimmer, das in der Nacht schnell auskühlt. Klimaanlage auf 20 C stellen schafft Abhilfe, an die Geräusche gewöhnt man sich. Die Nasszelle zum Duschen ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, die Warmwasserarmatur muss man bedienen können, dann passt alles.

If you want to be an Annapolis tourist this is where you should stay.

The location on Main Street was excellent for those wanting to be tourists. A deli style restaurant/diner downstairs (Chick & Ruth's Delly) was very convenient. The menu was diner type selections with extensive breakfast and lunch options. Dinner options were also good but diner style (no Filet Mignon). Famous for their crab cakes/balls/dip/omelette/sandwich/wrap & platter. The place was clean and provided free access to Netflix. If you stay at the Inn the restaurant down stairs will give you head of the line seating and complimentary breakfast. Very popular on Sat, & Sun.

Bathroom and shower were very very small. Considering all the advantages of the Inn location and cost the bathroom should not be a deal breaker if you are under 275 lbs. If you happen to be particularly large the bathroom might be a real problem. I don't know if all the bathrooms were the same size.

Proximity to Main Street and other activities in the heart of Annapolis as well as the Naval Academy.

Make sure you do not pick room 201 - which is 2nd floor facing Main Street, and adjacent to a bar/nightclub that operates with the doors open. Nightly pounding music until 2–3 a.m. along with patrons spilling onto the sidewalk directly below the room, screaming and yelling until closing time, makes sleep impossible.

Great location . Misrepresented online this is not a hotel .

Location was great . Staff were friendly. The room was horrible .

Bed was noisy ,uncomfortable and the pillows were paper thin . Room was tiny and outdated . Room felt tidy but unclean . No elevator no front desk . I wouldn't stay again .

If The Inn is what's in your budget, book the higher-priced rooms to avoid our disappointment.

Location is central; you can walk almost anywhere from the inn. The room's AC and wifi worked. Breakfast is a selection of a few basic combos (e.g. two eggs, toast, hash; or a muffin; or bagel with cream cheese) downstairs in the diner, Chick and Ruth's, a destination greasy spoon. Food is fine if you like diner food. Staff are very friendly. They pledge allegiance at 9am because ... Annapolis.

Unfortunately the "front desk" and check-in is also in the diner -- at the cash register. Rooms are up a dingy stairwell or two. Ours was fine ... I guess. There was a bit of a gulf between what you see in the photos (bright nautical themed rooms) and what we got: crusty patched ceiling, falling ceiling panels, exposed box spring yellowed with age (get a bed skirt?), broken blinds exposing a sealed-shut window facing a brick wall, a cocktail of stale smells masked by strong cleaning products. Nightclub next door (complimentary ear plugs would be nice). I probably should adjust my expectations of what $190/night gets you in 2023. That said we had friends staying in another room and their complaints were fewer so maybe we got the cheapest room?

A very reasonable place in the heart of Annapolis.

Location was great. Complimentary breakfast and as downstairs in a deli. We walked everywhere. Parking garage was half off.

Bed could have been better. Street noise at night on weekends.

Disappointing

The breakfast was very good. The problem is that the place is very busy and your in love be with walk-ins from the outside.

The room was maybe 8x12 feet and the bathroom was maybe 3x5 feet. No coffee pot, microwave, fridge, clock, phone. Just a bed and a tiny tv on the wall. If you have any health issues, ,,, you will have 42 steps to climb to get to the 3rd floor

Nick, the General Manager - very professional and competent, courteous and obliging. Newly renovated rooms, no carpet, but laminate. Centrally located. Fantastic breakfast features, all fresh made.

Great, convenient, clean with the nicest people!

Next time a room, that’s not over a bar on a busy night. The noise went on till 2: AM. But, they competed our breakfast. Which was very nice.

Disappointing

Great location downtown Annapolis with lots to see nearby.

The most disappointing thing was the poor quality of the mattress. It was literally caving down the middle. Both my wife and I could not sleep on an even surface. There was also a stain on our bed cover that seemed like a dry blood stain. Also, the soap and shampoo provided was the most basic and low quality we've seen in years. These little things are so easy to rectify, so it just feels like they are doing the bare minimum to operate just counting on their great location and recognition of their restaurant below to fill in their rooms.

Fun time in Annapolis

The deli was fabulous. Best breakfasts I've had in a long time. The baked goods are incredible and the desserts are out of this world Delicious. The location was right in the heart of things. It is a quaint Inn.

The only thing stopping us from giving it a 10 or the beds. They're in need of upgrading. Too soft in worn springs had everybody sinking to the middle. You could not get in and out of the bed without waking up the partner.
