We loved its proximity as well as the room itself. it was cozy an made for a wonderful getaway for a family of four adults
The nighttime female pool attendant was not nice and was super grumpy all the time and we had no pool towels our last night of stay so we could not hot tub

Perfect location for renting gear, walking to the Quicksilver lift, and to Mainstreet.
Rep was friendly and worked with us for parking access, later check out, etc...
The room is cold (approximately 65 degrees) and there is no way to turn up the heat. There is a fireplace with ample wood but after a long day of being cold outside, you want a nice warm room to hang out in.
Also, having the key pickup/drop off at a different location is slightly inconvenient. Not a deal breaker, just took extra planning.
