I did like the location of the property. Our furry babies were greeted with toys and a dog treat.

Location to the beach and shops was good.

Advertised as sleeps 4. Well, there was only one upstairs bedroom with one bed, and the only bathroom was upstairs - 15 steps. Not convenient for seniors or disabled. Inside the only bathroom it smelled like strong mildew. I had to call and get the shower curtain replaced. Which they did. The windowsills as you went upstairs was noticeably covered with cobwebs. The vinyl futon (only place to sit downstairs) was hard and converted to a bed, hard to sleep on. Definitely does not sleep 4 well! There was no dining table, had to use TV trays. The cleaning products were cheap. Paper towels looked like recycled paper. Parking was tight and a 12-digit key code was difficult to manage, plus the keypad was loose.

Beautiful location let the sounds of the ocean whisper us to sleep.

So close to downtown and the beach. Perfect spot! There was a bin for our pup with towels and treats. Made me feel like she was truly welcome.

The bed was no so great my boyfriend had a hard time sleeping but I was fine.

Great location, very pet-friendly, but could've done without the remodel disruption before sunrise!

This little townhouse was just what I needed for my pup and I to spend a couple nights near the coast. The house was super pet-friendly, location was great, and it was very clean (though it's noteworthy that there are no cleaning supplies on site - so if you are prone to spilling things on the counter or floor, bring your own cleaner! I've never stayed in a house that didn't have some supplies for cleaning up, since spills do happen, so I found that odd).

The unit next-door was being remodeled... loudly... starting at 7am (before the sun was even up!) and the workers left midday, but came back in the evening and worked/clamored around until 10pm. I understand that it is the off-season and repairs/remodeling has to happen at some point, but it is only courteous to wait until at least 9am to begin work and end before nightfall, especially when people are spending their vacations here. I specifically wanted to rest, sleep in, and have some peace and quiet. It was really disappointing to have the rest and retreat I needed be so disrupted by construction work in the unit on the other side of the wall.

excellent location and cozy accommodations

the location was awesome. super close to the beach and also to the shopping in town. was able to go to the store for milk and coffee with ease.

the only set back was that there isn’t a dining space since the living room space and dining space are the same.

The location to walking everywhere was perfect. A bit over priced.

The location to town and the beach was excellent. The parking lot was good to have right by the units. The grassy area in front for pets was great as well as the bags provided. The appliances in the kitchen were very good and everything we needed was provided.

The kitchen was much smaller than the picture looked but functional. We had a friend with us and setting up the futon nightly was a bit much but knew to expect that type of set up so our fault on selection. The single bathroom upstairs was not very easy to access so much as the stairs were steep to accommodate the smaller space of the town house. If it had just been two of us it probably would have been fine but with a dog and friend it was a bit small for the price.

Exceptional

We could have used a few more ice trays in the freezer, but other than that, it was a FABULOUS stay in Cannon Beach! We would definitely return to this rental.

We loved being so close to the beach, and close walking to town. Had a relaxing time.

Location was perfect, small, but fine for 2. Very nice outside sitting area, clean.

Noise from next unit, kids and dog. Bed was uncomfortable, way too firm.
