The location and comfort- loved being able to hang out on the patio in the evening and listen to the ocean waves!
Easy parking - easy access and close to many stores and restaurants.

The Gulf view, easy beach anccess, and the quietness of the property.
Not until the 3rd day did the dirty patio door get cleaned & we were provided with dishwasher detergent! No glass top on coffee table. No plug for bathroom sink; lost a ring down it! Dirty patio furniture. No instructions on use of TV. Rusty screen on patio door. Funky smell in the hall closet. Broke 3 nails prying the tub stopper out. Conair makeup mirror didn’t work. Other than the fridge and oven/stove top, it appears that the place has not been updated since the 1980s, when I am guessing it was built, furnished, and decorated!

We had breakfast every day in our condo. Stove worked great. We'd have coffee on the balcony and we would sometimes sit on the stairs outside our door if a bit warm. It was nice and a little cooler. Wonderful.
We had roaches and we reported toilet always running. Maint. came in and fixed it but it was not repaired. Washing machines were broken. One worked, 3 out of order. We reported it. I lost $5.00 in the machines. We had noticed dead roaches lying around but if roaches were exterminated, no work repair notice was left for us. We never knew for sure if they were exterminated. Oh well.

View was good, spacious.
Cockroaches walking around the drawers where you keep utensils and all around the kitchen, the glass sliding rails to the balcony were filthy, the vents appeared dirty. It appeared a hasty cleaning job, you would think the cleaning fee you pay it would be cleaner.

I Really enjoyed this property because of the view and very homely feel. It was super dog friendly and comfortable!

beach front. large balcony. accepts dogs but be careful about the fine print, as it states no dogs over 15lbs, which is only shared on the day of check in. Luckily this wasn't an issue for us.
property was on the second floor even though the photos make it seem like it's on the first. This was a big problem for my elderly family members who struggle significantly with stairs. Inquired about this before booking and never got a response from anyone.

The location was great!
The room was clean but needs updating. The grounds could really use a goid power washing.

perfect location. Close to the Bay; the gulf; and the shopping. The property was in good shape for the end of the season.
Had a bit of an ant problem. Lighting was poor throughout. Could have used some kind of throw rug at entrance to absorb water and sand.
