The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Their kindness and exceptional service truly made a difference. Highly recommend!

The location and staff are great
Beware of booking a “ground floor”room. These rooms are actually below ground with windows at ground level, looking up into bushes, like a basement. When I complained, SB explained these rooms are branded as “shorty suites,” as if anyone would know what that meant, and that’s why they’re at “a lower price point.” they offered to switch us to another property location, which I appreciated, but at that point, we didn’t want to pack everything up and move for such a short stay.
