The peace and tranquility of my space
Too many flies, my room was given to someone else on my first night and my keys were locked out and I couldn't get in my room. Too many flies, and not the best service from housekeeping

The room was clean and acceptable.
We would have been appreciative of some handles to assist getting in and out of the Spa tub. We had expectations of a hair dryer, shampoo, coffee maker, additional pillows, kleenex. Being this was a studio with a range top and microwave, I would have appreciated a roll of paper towels. Air in the pipes? Every time someone flushed the toilets - we would hear a 30 second "pipe scream".
