Philip was a great host and his breakfasts were top notch.
Location was very close to everything we had planned for our stay.
The unique shower was entertaining.
The bed was atrocious. The room was well defined with furniture and needs, but the bed was stiff as a board and very uncomfortable. We did have to use the fan to keep the room cool. Thank you for having the fan there.

The breakfasts were wonderful, but I like having breakfast with other guests. The bed was not wonderful- needs mattress replacement. The host was very very nice.

Old Ivy Walk is a beautiful place. We loved this very charming b & b in a location that was convenient, walking distance to restaurants, shops and other sights. Our room was comfortable, quiet and extremely clean. A delicious breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. Our host, Phil, was very gracious and friendly. He was so helpful with suggestions of what to see and recommendations for restaurants. He made us feel very comfortable and welcome. I must say that he was a very good cook and baker!
