Unexpected Guests

The cozy warm vibe that the rental has to it. The decor is beautiful and welcoming, loved the minor details that were . A little on the older side and the cleaning job has something to be desired. The view from the front porch is amazing and the sound of the water is so clear and soothing. Had everything we could think of that was really needed/required and the cute little details and extra touches added to the charm.

We arrived late Friday night, it was dark and there was no outside light for us to see to get the key out of the lockbox, the porch lights were burnt out or just did not work. There was 2 doors after entering main entrance with key from lockbox, they were marked A & B. It appeared to be 2 separate rental units because B side was already occupied so we proceeded to the door marked A. After looking at the rental, we realized the online description/pics seemed a litte off and we were definitely short a bed. But due to not needing it until the next night when our boys would join us and because of the very late hour, we decided to just get some rest and would call management in the morning to figure things out. We heard some more noise from the other unit for a bit longer and then the door opening, then we fell asleep. When we woke in the morning, the front entrance door still open and the door on unit B was left wide open, revealing what I then realized was the other part of our space described in the online rental. Whoever was in the room had left right after we arrived, during the night and it appeared rather quickly. I attempted to call the property management but i guess because it was Saturday I received no answer and was forced to leave a message and received no response back. So I then proceeded to clean up any/all mess before my boys arrived to stay. I had to change the bedding with the clean extra linen stored in the closet as well. Luckily, I was able to have everything in order for our night out with our boys without then being any the wiser.

No worth what I paid for such of place.

The only good thing about this place was the location.

Everything the place is way to out day and a fire hazard with the old stove the bathroom make awful noice went flash place very stuffy and not very clean all the furniture needs to be update it.

It was ok but i dont know that i would go back good location not a great stay!

It was close to the beach! The etay was just ok!

The room was very dusty! I cut my fingers on a unsafe decoration! The place was over decorated! The second room had no windows but into the kitchen and had no closing for privacy! Second room with bathroom had no light cover with dust over an inch thick! Causing dust allergy issues! The beds were ok but not the best! It has rat plug ins around the house but yet had bugs like pinchers crawling from the seams of the walls! And when walking outside the dumpster stunk horendesly!

Not a happy camper

It was close to the beach

there was no heat in the main living area. the upstairs unit when they would turn on their Jacuzzi tub or something up there, it would make the walls in the downstairs bedroom rattle and had a knocking sound. there was no lights in the parking lot or at the stairs walking down to the beach. people upstairs had extra people in the unit and kids running around stomping on the floors before the 8 AM time and after 10 PM and as late as 3am.

Bad

We liked that we could walk to the beach.

I am unhappy with multipe things. The condo had bugs! The toilet was leaking ahd had to be repaired when we were there. It had been leaking for a while. The website said ADA accessible and it is not! The floor was groose. The decor was not up to date. The tv in bedrooms could not be controlled by remotes. One bedroom tv could not even be watched. The showers got cold fast. Light in the fridge was broken. Clock in bedroom is broken. There were no screens on windows, so we could not open them. No ocean view. Rude customer service when I called about toilet and long rapair time to fix toilet. Blinds were broken and could not open in bedroom. Couch smelled weird.

Dated but clean convenient close to the beach condo with good parking and beach access.

Location & parking were great super easy beach access. Unit was adequate for our needs.

Unit had quite a bit of wear and tear and was fairly dated. Needs touch up paint, some carpet stains and damaged vinyl flooring. Wall heater in living room fan works but heating element does not.

Beds were comfortable.

I would rate it fair. Living room heater didn't work. I did find out that the owner did know this and purchased a fireplace heater. Well the fan on that didn't work. First night we were cold even though bedroom heaters work. Glad I brought a blanket and my sissy was finaly able to find the extras. Had to leave our doors open to get some kind of heat in living room. Someone did bring a space heater which helped for the second night. Porch light was either burned out or didn't work. Couldn't use bathroom in B room unless you wanted to shower with bugs Even found one when I got home and unpacked. Very disappointed in cleanliness. I shouldn't have to pay cleaning fee (which was 1/2 of total cost) when we didn't receive it clean. I ran out of hot water taking a 20 minute shower. Could only get 1 cable remote to work (for channels only) for tv in room B. Had to get out of bed to adjust volume and to turn tv off. Found page in notebook with information about internet. Couldn't connect. Page stated to unplug router wait a couple minutes and plug back in. No router to be found. I had to go outside to even get cell service.

It was very amazing when there was an issue the property manager made sure it was taken care of

It was very comfortable.

I didn’t like that there was a problem with maintenance but they were quick to fix it

Very good

I love the place. We hD the whole bottom floor two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen minus a oven. But over all we love this place. Would we stay here again? absolutely. Thank you

The light switches are on the out side of the room kinda a pain. No oven so we couldn't get pizza.

horrible, could not go to our unit and just relax, no where to get comfy

not much, the TV was nice, it was quiet.....the counter top in the kitchen was nice.

huge disappointment, very run down, torn shower curtain, there are bare spots on the carpet where it is worn down to the backing, the bed frame in the front bedroom is about 4 inches too long and the board sticks out and I broke my toe after running into it as it was covered by the bed skirt. the blinds were taped up on one side, the front window frame paint is peeling where it is rusting through the paint, the toilets are so small and they were in an area about the size of a very small closet, could barely sit there to do our business, the picture in the ad had a really nice big sofa, so I thought that would be so nice both me and my husband could lay on it and watch TV, this is why I picked this unit, but upon arrival the sofa was a really small sofa for a maximum of three people, this place is meant to accomodate 4 people, have to wonder where the fourth person is supposed to sit? when you flush the toilet get ready, first you hear the knocking then the high pitched squealing for about 30 to40 seconds while the toilet fills back up. also, in the front bedroom there is a open (no glass) square window to the kitchen (above the sink)so whoever may be trying to sleep in there could hear everything that is going on in the unit (TV etc.) good luck sleeping in there. The doorways through out the unit are 28" wide, so hopefully anyone who rents this place is skinny. The mattress's are extremely hard.....you will need to like a very firm mattress if you stay here, also The floors slope to the center of the unit as well.

Great little beach getaway

Location is very good but didn’t know that there were other condos right in front of us...basically blocking some of the view.

Windows were filthy and looking out of the only window that did have a view was a small disappointment. Decor is somewhat dated and there should be another comfy chair in the living room as you can realistically only seat 3 on the couch
