The room was lovely. Slightly larger than the standard NYC room. 2 queen-sized beds, really nice beds and good quality linens. The shower was FANTASTIC with both rain and hand-held options. Super-fab. Oh, and there's a bar on the 20th floor so you can grab a glass of wine to take to your room. THANKS!!
All fab - it would be nice, however, if it was not raining the 3rd day I was there!! :)

The location is great! The free water was amazing. Very quiet. We liked the rooftop bar also. Good lighting and not a bad size for NYC. Close to multiple subway lines and some great bars.
The bed was not the most comfortable and the pillows were sooo flat and terrible.

The most comfortable bed and it was spotlessly clean!
All the toiletries were great quality (I never use toiletries, but on this occasion it did )
Coffee and water replenished daily and housekeeping.
Nothing, a great hotel, although we didn’t use the rooftop bar.

The bed was a good size and comfortable. The daytime staff were helpful and a few members of the team were friendly, welcoming and always willing to assist.
Overall, the hotel did not feel like a four-star experience and was quite disappointing for the price. The room and bathroom were very small and felt cramped, especially for two people. Not all expected amenities were provided and we even had to request basic items like toothbrushes. The service was inconsistent, while some staff were pleasant, others, particularly at reception and during the night, were not very friendly or welcoming. There was also no assistance offered with luggage, which is something you would typically expect at this level.
Overall, I wouldn’t consider this a four-star hotel and have stayed in much better places for similar value.
