The over feel was cosey and nice

The water and piping is extremely old so I wasn’t able to enjoy showering

Beautiful old home with rooms to explore. Tall ceilings and a beautiful staircase. Parking on site and easy walk to resturants.

Side entry is used rather than front door. The steps are a bit steep so access is not accetiblr for any ADA individuals.

There was a good variety of food. It was very convenient.

Nothing.

The bed was clean, and comfortable. The bathroom and dining area were clean. Those were the only places I visited, so I'm only commenting about those, but I would assume that the rest of the house was clean, too.

I'm going to qualify my reply by saying that it's not that I 'didn't like' these things - I'm just describing the way things were and in our room. 1) It's not your typical bed and breakfast. No one is preparing breakfast. There were Egg McMuffins & Jimmy Dean breaded sausages on a stick (kind of like a corn dog) in the freezer, a selection of Thomases' muffins and bread, butter, a selection of single serving dry cereals (all sweetened), oatmeal, and apples on the counter as well as a microwave and toaster. The refrigerator held milk, orange juice, yogurt, small, packaged donuts, and creamer. Coffee & tea were also on the counter to be made. Basically, help (& do it) yourself. 2) The location is on the main street thru town. In the afternoon it was quite noisy, and I thought that might be a problem at night, but it wasn't, even though we were in a front bedroom. 3) It's an old home, and the bath that we were in had no outlets for a hair dryer or water flosser. 4) It was a little cold in the morning, and there was no space heater. There was a radiator in the room, but I didn't look to see if it was functional as it wasn't that cold. 5) The shower was about 3-4 ft square. Reminded me of the ones at the 24 Hour Fitness that I used to attend. That's about it. I was okay with it, but I don't think it would work for everybody.
