Beachfront location is excellent. We appreciate the beachy feel of the house, instead of a fancy place. Lots of natural wood and a bit funky.
The place was dirty when we arrived, huge dust bunnies and hair in the shower. I contacted Avari (Booking? Vacasa?) and didn't hear anything for two days. Finally a maid came and cleaned up. Next day I opened the oven and discovered a fry pan filled with a moldy omelette. Again I complained to Avari and got a person to answer me. She asked if we'd received the cleaning deposit back, which we hadn't. We asked for one night free. FINALLY after much ado we did receive that and more. So ultimately, Avari (unclear of the connection between them and Booking and Vacasa) made good on the problem. Thank you.

We visited this place over Christmas week. Very cozy place with stunning view of the ocean, love the wood , burning stove. Very comfortable with minimal amenities which made it perfect for a getaway from the city. had a little trouble with the lock getting in and no tv for Christmas Day football, but the host was very prompt and it was fixed within 2 1/2 days and they reimbursed a small amount for the inconvenience.
Cozy feel perfect for one couple or maybe two. The absolutely stunning view of the ocean beachfront walk access.

The house is a perfect Oregon beach cabin. We loved it. I would rent it again. The oceanfront spot is excellent.
