Spotlessly clean, a spacious comfy room and a big indoor pool. Every member of staff we met was very friendly, helpful and polite.
Shower.did not work in the ladies changing rooms at the pool. Minor inconvenience.

The room was attractive. Bed was comfortable. Clean bathroom with plenty of hot water in the shower. Lots of storage space for items. Quiet.
Breakfast was ok. Coffee was delicious. Breakfast area was clean.

Great location and convenient to friends we were visiting. Clean rooms. Staff helpful. Good value. Beds comfortable but difficult to get in and out. Loved the outside patio off first floor room.
Difficult to find rooms from the outside. Outside door says insert card but you can't. Finally figured out where to swipe the card. High platform beds seem to be the rage but very difficult for short and older people. Would be helpful to have a step stool to safely get in and out of bed.

Breakfast choices.
A/C blows directly onto top of bed. Humidity was poor always. A/C could not improve the humidy regardless of temp setting.
Walking from room to breakfast spot was a confusing maze. Better signs needed.
