Beautiful location about 5 miles outside of Helen GA. Unit located on top of the hill so the views are very nice. Unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The challenge is to count all of the bears you will find in the unit!
The refrigerator would not freeze ice cream and the ice maker was slow since the freezer took two days to freeze water. Recommend a new refrigerator for the unit. The twin beds are roll away beds and it would be better if this was noted in the description.

The inside of the cabin was neat and clean. The linen was clean and plentiful. The cooling/heating system, kept us comfortable throughout the stay. The cabin is very comfortable and efficient.
I didn't like the location. I didn't realize that we would be in a small neighborhood or mini culdasac. We the tension between blacks and whites, in our country, at this time, I didn't feel comfortable having my family in a predominantly "white" area. Plus, we couldn't access the cabin, until 4 pm. We made it, to the cabin, at 3:05 pm. We had no idea, that we wouldn't be able to access the cabin, until exactly 4 pm. I was terrified sitting in my car, with my family, waiting for almost an hour. I was sure, that some white person, would come over with a gun and harass us.
