Very value for money accommodation. Easy to check in and to get to and from the city center, covered by multiple stops. Spacious with hot water fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment provides the bare minimum for an accommodation, e.g. one towel (no face towel). Also, other people might find the lack of elevator a problem. Very warm place (fan is provided). Finally the pillows are quite weird, didn't work out for me and my friends.

A spacious flat that can accommodate 8 people. The owner provides everything you need, including dishwasher tablets. The location was excellent - two tram stops in the nearby, including one on a busy street along the banks of the Vltava, which meant access to public transport was very good. There is a Lidl supermarket within walking distance of the flat.
Check-in went very smoothly and without any problems. The Wifi was present all over the flat and it was fast.
As the flat is in the attic, it can get quite hot on sunny days. The window overlooks the busy railway tracks, but it is not disturbing the sleep. Some of the plates were dirty at out arrival, and the dishwasher didn’t always clean them properly - fortunately the dishwashing liquid and sponge is provided by the owner.
At one point, the toilet flush broke down, but we managed to fix it ourselves.
Unfortunately, you can’t always get through to reception - we never managed to, and no one called us back.
For those with mobility issues - our flat was on the 4th floor, with no lift.
For those who value security - there is no key for the flat. The door opens using a link and cannot be locked mechanically with a key. However, the neighbourhood is very safe and this shouldn’t be a problem.

The location is excellent and the price was decent. A couple of minutes to a bunch of trams, groceries, restaurants. A large green park at the distance of 500 meters (of quite a steep climb).
The apartment looked completely unready to visitors. The lock of the bathroom was broken, the batteries of the TV remote were missing, a half of wall electricity sockets were not functional, there was a weird set of kitchen ware: zero frying pans, a dozen (!) of IKEA coffee mugs, but only one wine glass, one large glass and one small glass for beverages. 3 dishwater tablets were left for our five day stay (why not five nor zero?). The apartment is overcrowded so that only narrow passages were left and we got hurt all the time.
