No breakfast at that location. But was within walking distance to places to eat.
In room coffee is always a bonus.
it's called Harborview Inn but over the years, building in the area has blocked the view.

Close to everything and clean
Thin walls, could hear someone else snoring. Some update wouldn’t be bad

Location was relatively good. Could walk to most places.
No A/C in the rooms. It was unseasonably warm outside, and with no A/C in the rooms, the rooms were hot all afternoon/everning.
