We spent a night there to celebrate a family birthday. (Group of 7 adults and 2 toddlers, in 4 rooms). Nadia, the guest relations manager, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Showered us with trays of fruits, wine and presents, and was at our disposal for each and every request. She helped us make an unforgettable memory. Thank you, Nadia, from the bottom of our hearts 🙏

The breakfast and location were great; the lunch buffet, however, was way overpriced at $50.00 so I did not eat lunch on site due to the price
The hotel advertises a fitness center but does not tell you that there is a hefty charge for the same. They did let me go there for free, but the weights were terrible. The room was old and dated; nothing like the photos.

No control over air-conditioning - heating only.
Slow elevators during weekends.
The suite was very basic. There was no coffee machine in the suite, while the coffee machines in the dining room and lobby do not work during the weekends.
Not enough parking slots for the hotel guests.
