Loved the peaceful atmosphere, loved the fireplace in the lobby. The staff was so helpful and kind. Clean room and lobby. Loved the makeup mirror in the bathroom.
Would have loved an outside area that my husband could smoke a cigar.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating
Breakfast was offered. They had the packets of the unflavored oatmeal, but there was no sugar. There were no toppings for that for some reasons for cranberries are nuts would’ve been great and some sugar or sweetener.

It is a small but comfortable lobby, the staff is friendly and helpful. A great continental type breakfast is served (thank you for providing english muffins :) and an omelet maker with fresh eggs is a nice surprise. Rooms and beds are standard and comfortable, nice water pressure in shower. Walking distance to river, dining... Have stayed before and will stay again! A great value!
Nothing!

The location was close to the Pottery Museum and the West End.
We reserved a king size room and received a room with 2 queen beds. When we asked to be moved to a room with a king size bed we were told there were none available.
