Its location and the historical context of the hotel
The housekeeping side. Afternoons are meant for rest; which cannot be achieved if that’s when housekeeping arrive. It was poor that we had to request the service both afternoons we were there.
The touch pad system on the in-room beverages caused a lot of unnecessary admin.

Liked everything very much except the Hours opening closing of bars/restaurants. Closing the lobby bar at 10 is frustrating. And the Raleigh Room closed a bit earlier than stated 11p
The hours of Raleigh Room and Lobby bar hours. Also, I was charged for in-room drinks, snacks and a jar of honey that we didn't touch or consume. I will call hotel today to have it taken off bill.

Location, the staff, the dine in
Hotel Was almost empty but receptionist made us wait till 2:30 then the room we had was with unpleasant view, I felt like being in prison
