It was an amazing location and the room was very spacious.
The third floor did have a fishy smell that we had to open the window for.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. The staff were nice and professional to deal with.
The seating for the breakfast area was a little tight and limited. I was traveling with 4 kids and when we originally got to breakfast seating was slightly limited for our group.

Breakfast was a good selection.
Expected more based on reviews and price of a “suite”. Off the beaten path with nothing walkable close by. Parking is limited. Note appears many longer-stay folks are here, which includes barking dogs.
