Felt like I was in boot camp had to be on my toes due to being treating like I was going to ge kick

The beds ND size of rooms as well as the good size laundry room

The staff could be nicer and house keeping could not go through the room like they went through bags and through every drawer and cabinet I know this to be true due to all my drawers being left open when I know they were shut when I leff

How was the breakfast you ask. No breakfast was served.

It was advertised as renovated rooms. Not even close. The advertised pictures were nothing like the room. The room was never cleaned in one week stay. No towels or anything replenished during the stay. Filthy and disgusting room. I had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean tje room myself as sokn as I entered the room. Disgusting!!!!!!!!! Smelled gross!!!!!

Thieves & Dirty.

The location was alright

Our car was broken into and nobody tried to help us when we filed the police report but a post it that said we notified the staff about the break in, which I had to wait until 11am to be able to speak to anyone about it. Then we had an emergency out of town and when we came back there was items missing from our room so we just packed up and left the following morning. It also said that there was no pets aloud but multiple dogs would come in and bark throughout the night. If we hadn’t been robbed we’d probably still be there that was our biggest issue.

I wouldn’t go there if I were you

Nothing I tried changing rooms because my air conditioner didn’t work and none of the plug-ins worked and they kicked me out after I just paid for a whole week

It's ghetto, full of trashy people loitering outside, begging for change and going through cars. It's a place where trash, dryg dealers and hoodlums live full time. Becareful. There is a reason it's so cheap and they arent good.

Clean, Affordable, Location!

Dryers not always in working order. Residents leaving clothes in dryers for long amounts of time . Staff refused to address the issue.

Its not the worst, you get what you pay for.

Lot of people hanging around. Parking wasn't great. Room was not bad, the fridge wasn't plugged in. It was a comfortable bed. Staff was grouchy.

The staff is not helpful, they are so rude. Find someplace else.

We booked our stay here at least a week in advance. We showed up at 5pm to check in and we were told “sorry I’m not sure what happened but we can’t allow you to stay here unless you stay for a week” even though we have a confirmation email, including our confirmation number, the exact dates, and them answering my question if it was okay to have a late check in. All of it. The lady at the front desk was so rude and didn’t care that we were legit stuck in the middle of a city we weren’t from.

The staff and booking.com could freaking communicate
