Room was well appointed and the location of property was excellent. Walkable to many things. Staff was accommodating and pleasant. Rooftop lounge was very nice.

Elevator security was not good. Only one elevator needed a room key to get to room. Pool was disappointing....noisy and not inviting for adults...great for kids. It was nice to have breakfast included but not very healthy choices...every dry cereal was sugar laden. Potatoes were soggy. We ended up buying our own food and only using hot water and coffee. Maid service was a problem. Every other day and on our day, the maid knocked on door early and when we asked if she could come back in an hour since we were still getting ready to leave, she said no. The front desk did make this up to us by scheduling our next cleaning for a time we said we'd be gone. Our bill upon check out was more than the guaranteed quote from Booking.com. Luckily I noticed before leaving and they said it was an increase in room price, but they did correct it. Bed uncomfortable, and room could have used at least one table.

It was a fair stat for the price paid. The location is great, walkable distance to great bars and restaurants. Easy street parking, no need of valet whatsoever. The staff is the highlight, everyone extremely nice and friendly. The lodging itself is spacious and clean, but nothing too special about it.

The breakfast is just okay with the basics.

The breakfast was awesome! The location was in a very walkable area with several good restaurant choices. The workout room was good. I loved the rooftop patio area! The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room was a bit on the small side. I wish parking were not a premium expense.

When we booked it, we received a confirmation that everything gonna be okay, we came as first customers early in the morning, but there were not early check in, so we left our bags and decided to go for a walk. Once we came back in the evening we were very confused because staff people told us that there is no rooms available and wanted to send us to another hotel without breakfast available saying that it is much better. Finally they figured out a king suite for us for just 2 days to stay and the we should check out and check in again. This was very confusing. WiFi is lagging from time to time and food is good but not exceptional, I would say breakfast is pretty the same every day.
