It was nice but the community surrounding the area was racist and very “sundown town” type.

It was right where the beach was and it was beautiful.

My bath tub didn’t close so I couldn’t take baths.

Sucked we left Saturday afternoon as could see right into the room through glass doors and wife not

Not much the window coverings were from dollar tree and completely see through.

The code was not sent until way later. I had to call vacasa which customer service sucked as transfered around and still no code after waiting on old for 40 minutes.

I wanted to give a big compliment to the guy named Young that came the next day to fix our tv. He was wonderful!! I want

The TV was broken didn’t work I contacted vacasa and called for 4 hours calling every half hour NO ONE ever called back. And we had no tV that night. When someone should have called back with in 4 hours There were no chairs in the room only a very low small metal bench that the legs wobbled when touched and would collapse if you sat on it. That was awful. Adults need a good chair to sit on Not feeble small low bench it’s not what you have pictured in your room photos of what it really looks like it looks much nicer in your photos and it’s not what you get. That’s wrong you need to update your photos to show how it really is. That way people are not disappointed and uncomfortable. False information is wrong

The view was nice

The view

It didn’t look like the photos that represented it. No chairs, no carpet, a cheap metal outdoor table and the bathtub shower backed up with water up to my ankles after showering for 3 minutes. Water stayed in tub for 3 hours next person couldn’t shower. Tried calling staff 4 times couldn’t get through. Was on hold 4 times 30 minutes each with a recording saying sorry for the long wait. Never got through. Wasted my vacation time trying to call too many times no response. You need to update your photos. That was a disappointment. With nothing to sit on but the bed. That’s Not what was showing in your photos I took pics myself to show how it really was. The view was nice and it was clean except for the bathtub clog made showing impossible for others that was very disappointing

Your photos of the room were not the same. It shows 2 big couch chairs , nice table with a lamp between them. There were NO chairs at all nothing to sit on other than the bed. Only a small low hard metal bench That didn’t look to sturdy. It looked very weak , nothing like your photos. I took pictures to prove it. Very disappointed as there was no place to eat other than sitting on a bed to eat. Not everyone wants to balance their food in bed to eat. You should not advertise those photos. They are a total misconception it would have been nice to sit in a nice chair to eat and enjoy the fireplace but that was not possible as your room is set up differently than you advertise Very disappointing 😟 plus there were no wash cloths or hand towels of any kind just a bath towel. And the bathroom floor was dirty, black dirt The floor had not been cleaned . I paid a cleaning fee and got a dirty floor

for the value, the accommodations were fine although they could use a bit of refreshing.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!

Absolutely NOTHING!!

Worst trip in my life.. Tried getting help and was absolutely not able to. Booking.com screwed me over and completely ignored my issues, which were pretty serious. The worst is that I'm allergic to dogs. My room was covered in dog hair. Was supposed to be no pet's allowed. The heat didn't work fire place broken. The tub didn't drain, so I'm basically not able to use it. The room was dirty and we had to clean it when we first got there. There was an entry door located right by our room where people ALL night long were walking through it, slamming the door every time. The people upstairs were so loud all night long. When I brought all this up, I was ignored 100 percent, and then when I did get someone from booking to assist me, the lady put words in my mouth and basically wrote me off. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! We will NOT be using booking any longer!!!

Excellent value for a nice getaway

Beautiful view, very cute room, nice and clean. Loved the jacuzzi tub!!

Sadly the fireplace did not work. We were really excited about that.

Seahorse stay.

Great location, perfect for the price. The check-in and check out was a simple process and easy to share with contacts.

The indoor plants was my only issue with my stay. I was very pleased with the accommodations.

Very spacious room with the ocean helping you to lil to sleep.

It looked fancy and the fire place was nice.

The bathroom tiles were broken and cracked. Had to put down towels so I didn’t cut my feet coming out the shower.

Vacasa is a very rude company

The view

The fact that there was blood on my pillow that wasn't mine and no pillow cases for starters, then I call and tell them they send someone to bring me pillow cases and takes my old pillows doesnt bring me new ones, so that bugged me then I take a shower grab a towel and I had long black hair on my shoulders and some where on counter gross not my hair not my dad's hair. And top it all off my neighbors upstairs stayed up stomping until about 3 am I call and tell them all this and they can't even give me a small discount

For the price it was a decent place to stay for two nights but I wouldn’t be able to stand staying there for much longer

Nice view. Room was very clean.

Walls are thin, we heard the people in the room next to us talking and their dog barking. The room above us pounding footsteps until 2 am. People outside around the fire pit laughing and being loud well after quiet hours. Parking was limited.

Awesome view and was clean.

The beds killed my back bad, like no sleep first night at all,then slept on pillows and my 3 inch foam I bought. And a bottle of Tylenol. Seriously was hurting me bad.

By far the worst experience of my life renting from VACASA, VRBO, etc... The day I was supposed to check in, I get a text that the property had a gas leak which I fully understand those things happen. I had 2 properties rented. I was told one was inhabitable. Make arrangements for the loss of one room. Then, while driving to the property, I get another message stating the entire complex is shut down, and all the other VACASA properties are booked. "Sorry there is nothing we can do" was the extent of the assistance. Numerous calls later we found our own place. VACASA did refund our money and cover the cost of a couple nights, in what I believe was a halfway house. that we had to find at the last minute.

I've stayed in Lincoln City 4 times before . This was disappointing .

It was dirty and in need of repairs the second we walked in the door . I've already left a list of necessary repairs for safety issues and a much better visit for the next people .

Location. Price. Two bedrooms/two bathrooms. Good kitchen.

Beds were uncomfortable. Couch was uncomfortable. Carpets were dirty.

the patio door didn’t lock was on first floor and there was no A/C, had to wake up in middle of night to open door, ceiling upstairs was super thin any movement was really loud especially when the kids above us were running at 6am.

We booked the main room and was told there would be 3 queen beds each in a bed room, 1 futon bed and 1 double bed in the living room. We get here to find only the futon in the living room. We now have one person without a bed. We called customer service around 6PM (there is nobody around to help you at this place, you’re screwed if you need something) parking is terrible!!Customer service didn’t give a damn about us. We asked for the additional bed that we paid for, plus three extra blankets because the blankets were thin. The man, sounding like he was from another country, told me we had our maximum allowed bedding. I was flabbergasted! I had never been told this ever in a rental. This blew my mind. We also asked for a fan because it was hot in here. Of course they gave us NOTHING!!! We ended up having to spend $60 At goodwill for bedding so my kids could have blankets. The man kept asking me how many people I had staying in the rental despite the fact he had access to my reservation, and despite me answering him 4 different times. It was as though he was trying to further aggravate me.I will NEVER recommend this place. Should’ve listened to all of the BAD reviews. Our condo is on the second floor and you can hear people stomping up the stairs mainly because the stairs are by the main room. Kitchen: absolutely no seasoning for your food, so bring your own. Half of the burners on the stove don’t work. No extra bags for the trash! No scrub sponge to clean the dishes off with. Bottle that had dish soap was filled with water and no actual soap. Microwave will hit you in the face when taking something out of it cuz the door swings back. Bathroom: only one roll of toilet tissue with no more present. I had to go to dollar tree to buy some more because according to them "Please note that we do not provide extra supplies from what was provided initially". Mind you they gave us a tiny bar of soap for 6 people and no shampoo or anything.

Good location. Perfect size space for a couple. Good kitchen.

Bed was pretty uncomfortable and we aren’t very picky. The smart TV didn’t have a remote so we couldn’t use streaming services. I did ask customer service and they said there isn’t one. The list he is well stocked with cooking supplies. Bring your own salt/pepper/cooking oil etc.
