Rainbow Shores is simply amazing. While meals are not included with your stay, the food at the on-site restaurant is fantastic, even if it is a bit spendy. For breakfast, we always make a trip to Artie's Diner in Pulaski, NY, which is a spot we absolutely love. This was our second consecutive year visiting to celebrate a birthday, and we are hoping to make this wonderful getaway our own annual tradition.
While we love the spot, two things definitely fell short this time around. We were told to look for Renee to receive a discount or comped meal as compensation for issues last year, but she was unavailable during our visit. Additionally, after leaving some expensive chargers behind in the room, it took three weeks and several follow-ups just to get them mailed to us.

Went for a wedding and was a lovely experience. The amenities are rustic, but that is what I expected in the nature/lake area.
