I liked that there was a room for rent at 8:00pm In a small Highway town as I was driving East. I would have liked ANY room at that hour after driving 14 hours.
ALSO! The guy behind the counter in the Office was GREAT. He should be doing Customer Service Training. His attitude was great and he might be a reason to pull into this place.
The place is....dilapidated. There’s an old refrigerator sitting outside one of the stairwells. A lot of broken concrete and faded paint. I answered the question above, What Did You Like?, truthfully, but it is only part of the story which involves the other question, Did The Price Match Your Expectation When You Booked? Yes. The other question, Would You Stay At This Property Again is misleading because I would always pay (Too Much?) for a room than sleep in the car, which is always an unsatisfying experience.

Even though the mattress sloped badly it was very comfortable. If you arrive late and just need a place to sleep, it was comfortable and the right price.
Coffee is not breakfast. Decor was old and tired. Shower control hard to operate. Tile coming off the floor. Curtains let too much street lighting through. Toilet way too low. Sit on one end of the bed and the other end comes up. Poor location.
