Everything was good

I did not like that there was no smart tv and had to buy water for such a high cost also no fee continental breakfasts ??? Really

Location and staff

Breakfast is not good. There was no option on the food they offer. It smells chlorine on the hallways.

A filling breakfast

Very basic hot breakfast, no juice or amenities other than coffee.

The cleaning lady that we had to stop in the morning to get a few extra towels was very nice and asked if we needed anything else like toilet paper or face wipe for make up. We have been to other Holiday Inns and had great experiences, this one was the worst we have ever stayed in.

The front desk communication was horrible. When we first arrived. Irene was very very rude to my family, mind you we were very tired from driving 8hrs and then did not give no information about breakfast time for how it worked or what we needed. We were not informed that we needed vouchers for breakfast. Then the following morning the next person did not give the correct dates for our breakfast vouchers. We asked if we would get 2 extra towels due to the fact we booked the hotel for 4 and only had 2 towels. Front counter said they would get them to us and never did. We had to stop the cleaning ladies ourselves the next day to get extra towels. Never informed us that I was able to move my check in date just charged us an extra day and when I asked why “Irene said,Because we have to it policy “ that does not explain why.
