The Hotel is located in a prime location. It is an amazing place to relax, disconnect and meet new people. They have plenty of pools where you can decompress.
The fact the property needs to focus on update some of the features in the room.

Some miss communication on afternoon bbq being free but there was a charge!

The absolute best part of the stay was the exceedingly friendly staff. Literally each one was so kind and welcoming. We have to give a big shout out to Matthew who works in the cafe. He noticed us a bit lost and introduced himself and gave us a quick tour to help us get our bearings. We also met several other guests who’d been coming for years, which was a good sign. We really enjoyed our stay. And Gustán at breakfast was absolutely lovely and very welcoming!
One of our pieces of constructive feedback would be that it was disappointing that the bar was open only on one day of our stay, and then until about 5 pm. The service was excellent but we were bit surprised that the bar was only open Thursday-Sunday.
But it was a minor issue.

Easy to get around the beach.
I booked King room garden view. But when checking in they gave for me different room. Because I booked by Booking.com. And I had a room with no view and blinds are broken 😡
