The location of the property was perfect. Cross the road then you are on the beach.

We liked our spacious oceanfront room (well, oceanfront in this area of Fort Lauderdale means across the street from the ocean, but you do get a full-on ocean view). The A/C wasn't working in our room on arrival, but it was fixed shortly after we called it in. Water pressure in bathroom is nice and strong. With glass doors closed, it's very quiet in the room, Doors open and no street traffic, you can hear the waves rolling to shore.
A couple of the fitness center machines could use some repair, and half-size dumbbells would be helpful.
The restaurant downstairs could use some healthier offerings.

The location was close to the beach
The refrigerator in the room did not work. It took a full day for it to get replaced. By then, all of our food was ruined.
