My stay at The Ritz-Carlton was wonderful. I absolutely loved the beautiful décor throughout the hotel—it felt elegant, modern, and welcoming. The ocean views were breathtaking and made the experience even more relaxing. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely return for another visit.
While I enjoyed my overall stay, there were a few things that could be improved. I was a bit disappointed to be assigned a room on one of the lower floors, especially considering the cost of staying at the hotel. The rates are definitely on the expensive side, so I was hoping for a higher-floor room with an even better view. The shower had excellent water pressure, but unfortunately, water leaked onto the bathroom floor during use, which was inconvenient. Despite these issues, the service and overall experience were still enjoyable.

We loved the overall staff at the hotel-pool, restaurant and the front door staff went out of their way to help you enjoy your stay
We had several issues with front desk. One we booked on booking.com and they did not honor the price. We had to ask 3xs for them to get a response both on the price issue as well as to get a fridge for our room. Usually expect a better response at this quality of a hotel. The manager finally handled it very professionally but wonder if the staff even told her about our issues.
