Wide, comfy rooms, the balcony was a nice bonus. Loved the complementary coffee in the lobby. They also offered beach towels and a beach bag for use during the stay. Breakfast was good , though a little pricey - $30/person. They also offer $15 credit ( per room) to use against food or beverages from the bar.
The bathroom door did not have a lock, which wasn't very comfortable for us. Our time at the pool wasn't relaxing at all, as it wasn't very clean and was very noisy due to the construction on the 6th floor.

Do it yourself bell hop service. Luggage carts too small worn. Slow to no hospital from the staff. Well spoken front desk not friendly. The no frills approach is not for me. I need more attentive service providers.

The hotel looked amazing. Very clean very sterile. which was right across the street however we have to walk about 1 mile to get to their chairs and umbrellas.
It also was very difficult for us to prove that we belonged with the very large resort fee. The person at the beach did not believe what we said that we had the right and it took 20 minutes for them to confirm. At that point, we just left.
The customer service rep at the counter, was quite rude and condescending on more than one occasion. Multiple customer service reps were very short, you could tell they did not like their job and they treated the guest that way.
The breakfast was not very good and not very hot and they charge $25 a person. The pool area on the fourth floor was not very clean and there were a lot of people for such a small pool.
