Amazing location, lovely room and great facilities

The room was a nice size. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The front office was very helpful. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. When I reported to the front office staff they tried to accommodate me by offering me to transfer to another room or wait until the next day for the plumber to fix the sink.
As soon as I entered the room I noticed that the bathroom sink was very clogged. I am assuming that the cleaning lady knew about it but didn’t report it. Why assign a room to a guest when the room is not properly functioning?
I had to pack all my stuff and transfer to another room. And, then unpack again.

The room was very nice and clean and the bed was super comfortable. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and nice we had just came from another hotel that we refused to say because the room was disgusting and I had to make a quick reservation for this hotel and didn’t realize I got a double bed and not a king size bed and he was happy to find us a king size bed also gave us free parking for our bad experience at the other hotel. We would stay at this whole hotel again.

Very clean and staff were exceptional
Why we were placed into a room suited for facilities with wheelchair and very elderly people is beyond me. We are not disabled hence our doom heard reversing trucks, noisy passage ways due to working staff nearby us
