The fan in room 21 was very loud and noisy above the shower area. Meaning the motor needs to be replaced or cleaned.

Friendly and helpful staff attendant, easy accessibility, quiet and clean and safe.
Mayflies are everywhere this time of year in this region. A bit annoying.

Melissa is very friendly.
The heater didn't work well and was loud.

Room was clean.
I have a "service dog" and I was told on checkin that I had to pay a 200$ refundable deposit. Nowhere on the website did it say no pets, regardless, " she is a SERVICE DOG"! I paid the 200$ deposit and when it was refunded to me it was 20$ short! I had the room inspected before I left and was told it was all good and I would get my deposit back in full. It was NOT! Also their was some black guy that kept coming and going every time I went outside, in and out of the room next to me. My concern was drug activity!
