Location is in a neighborhood settled by immigrants around 1900 and Carrie’s much of the charm from those days.
Location is centered and surrounded by China town, soho, little Italy, the east village and to the east a budding contemporary community.
Orchard street is often left with trash after the evening crowd

The staff and location was such a compliment to the trip.

The location was great, as were the staff. I appreciated the ability to check in early and leave our luggage with you all until our room was ready.
The room was a bit outdated and might need a refresh of the wallpaper. It was peeling and almost looked moldy, which was less than ideal visually.

Great location and simple.
No space for suitcase. Had to walk over it on the floor. Very noisy especially at street level. We asked for a different room and they kindly accommodated us.
