It was a bed and a shower. Smaller then we thought, but for the price and an overnight stay it was all we needed.
The owner was very nice. They had coffee and grab and go snacks for breakfast.
The property was fine. Smaller than expected much like the town itself. I would call it eclectic. Beds were full size instead of queen. Reminded us of an old movie town motel.

Very pleasant and helpful lady at the desk. No problems with wi-fi. Comfortable bed: reasonably firm mattress, pillows neither too fat and solid nor too thin and skimpy. No in-room coffee, but available all day in the office, along with free snacks. No problems with noise.
The desk was a little small: with the TV on top of it, I couldn't quite open my laptop as far as I'd have liked. But that was only a very minor inconvenience.
