We have been going to this property for a long time and absolutely love it. This is the first time in this specific condo. It was recently remodeled and it is lovely. The location is great and the views from our ocean front balcony were spectacular, especially at sunset. We also saw dolphins, pelicans, and a sting ray right from our balcony!
The blinds on the window did not operate very well. There was noise from beach renovation, but Olga did let us know about it right before we came. ( Still hurricaine repairs).

sofa seemed newer and clean, chair seemed newer and clean but very large. balcony view is great. lobby, pool, and beach are great. appliances are good. ceiling fans are good
bed and pillows are bad and need to be replaced. coffee maker is old and never cleaned. toaster did not work. kitchen was minimally stocked, I had to buy to glasses ( which I left ). no screen on balcony door, so the a/c always had to be on. some cleaning supplies would have been nice. dining table is very wobbly and chairs are very uncomfortable.
