Fabulous amazing stay for four nights where you wanted to stay with personnel staff service

It is close to the marina and sea. Ideally placed for free trolley busses. Loads to do. Bars and restaurants a plenty. What a place. The hotel has everything you could wish for. Staff were amazing and helpful especially Marina who went overboard for us. A happy smile greeted us each day and took time to tell us about where to go etc. Marina makes Hyatt worth visiting again ! Why use Hilton when you have Hyatt!!

Great location and huge rooms.

The location was great and close to a lot of restaurants. Walking distance to Tropicana Field, which was a must for our trip. The breakfast was good. The rooms are huge and great for families with multiple kids. However nightclubs across the street may deter some families- it didn’t bother us. We had plenty of space. Garage parking was a great thing because street parking is limited otherwise.

The coffee maker in the room was not the best. I wasn’t a fan of the coffee in the lobby either. Wish they had a keurig or something similar. Ended up going to Starbucks next door one morning for something stronger.

Superb

The rooms were neat! I was staying at the Hyatt for a concert I got tickets for across the street! Very convenient and relaxing. Plenty of food and bars walking distance too!

A functional stay at excellent location. An interior designer needed to make rooms inviting

Service staff were excellent. Pleasant and helpful.

The room interior was stark and institutional. It was not a cozy welcoming room making you happy to be there. It was spacious but unwelcoming

Very good.

The bed was super comfy. The bathroom was nice with the sliding door, plenty of towels and a bath mat which most hotels do not provide. Also, the breakfast buffet was tasty and had a nice variety of food options. Also, the plating was very elegant.

Having to use quarters for the laundry machine. Wish that it had a slot for credit card. Also, the location was not ideal. There was quite a few bars across the street and a night club that was open every night. I know that can’t be helped, but worth a mention.

Exceptional

Breakfast was good!!

Wish it had a jacuzzi, that’s probably the only complaint. I guess the only other would be parking. I think parking should be free when your already paying $200 something a night for a room.

Served it's purpose of needing a one night stay in town.

The pool was very nice. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. The location was very good.

The staff at the front desk was not well trained and did not provide good customer service and did not know how to react to an unhappy customer. The room seemed sterile - efficient, clean, but lacking in a welcome feel. The faucet in the bathroom does not really allow you to put one's hands under it.

Very good

Leaning Staff on the 10th floor was exceptional and so nice. Breakfast was really good and a great value as its included in the room. Rooms were big and felt quiet.

The pool had lots of feathers in it. Felt dirty.

Great value hotel in an amazing location

Location is great. It is two blocks away from Beach Drive and next to Central Ave so all bars, restaurants, and entertainment are available within a short distance. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff was very friendly, the bar was well stocked and prices were reasonable.

The pool needs a bit better cleaning. It is outdoors so it is expected that debris will fall in, but it would be great if they could clean it in the morning. I did it myself on both occasions as my kids complained about bugs and leaves, and thankfully the tools were there, but I would appreciate it if I didn't have to do it. The room is sparsely decorated and a bit drab. Could do with a better interior design.

Outstanding hotel in a perfect location!

Wonderful hotel! Perfect location within easy walking distance to dining, museums and waterfront; the rooms and facilities were absolutely immaculate , staff was beyond helpful and lovely . Great amenities and convenient parking ;I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you for able amazing stay!

Desk counter staff was aloof and lacking customer service, rarely smiling or happy particularly female staff

Modern and sleek design.

Bathroom sink faucet was ridiculously short and became more aggravating every day.
