Location and convenience to the main attractions.
One concern. The shower head needs adjusting. While showering, the water aims a different direction. For example, if I'm standing in front of the shower head and I make adjustments to my height. That's not the case here. The water points a different way and I have to stand a certain angle for the water to hit my body.
Versus if I can get the shower head to point in the direction I'm standing would be great.

Very good location.
Too noisy at night - windows are old and no soundproof. You can hear trucks idling and unloading in nearby hotels and restaurants. Bathroom needs update. Missing inside door handle in the shower. Did not accommodate early check-in, at least luggage storage could be arranged. Googled nearest storage - went there but it was closed.
