Very clean, great location near the airport and to visit Crater Lake. The snack basket, coffee/tea setup, refrigerator and microwave were a nice touch, as well as the products in the bathroom. The black washcloths for makeup and the brown washcloths for cleaning dirty shoes is a great idea.

Gorgeous property. Great views. Great location for Crater Lake.

We had trouble checking in. Took 2 phone calls & a bit of stress. Our rooms were serviced but the beds not made. Strange.

very nice room next to a beautiful golf course

There were no directions or instructions on where the unit was located - many buildings on the property and we had no idea where to go. There were also issue with the electronic door lock - the code didn't work on the lock. We had to use the emergency lockbox fob every time entering the unit.
