Perfect location lovely apartment.

Perfect location lovely outdoor area and pool

Didn't receive the email or text message with the apartment code. We had to contact your office.

Disappointed by lack of responce from customer care

Location and Checkin was smooth

non existent customer care. we informed them on day 1 that there was no blankets and the weather was very chilly, but no one came back in touch till Monday.

Terrible staff and support

Location was very good. Nice terrace. We were given a massive 3 bedroom apartment for just a couple. Comfortable bed. Had a pool

When we arrived the door if the balcony was hanging off it's hinge and left open. They were very heavy so it was a serious safety concern. We reported it immediately but no-one came the whole week. They admitted they knew the door was broken before our arrival, but didn't seem to care. Luckily we had managed to get it closed so our property was secure, but we couldn't use the door to get onto the terrace in the lounge, and the handle was missing from the window and so was very unpleasant it that room and we didn't feel to eat in there or use it. Very poor customer service. We go to L'Escala every year and were looking for new accommodation to use, so was disappointing for us.

Great facility

Location close to the water front line. Almost same distance to the restaurants and to the beach. Nice facilities: swiming pool and kids playground. Good room layout. Kitchen is equiped with the most common items: electric stove, microwave, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher. The parking is free inside the compound. Access by code anywhere (don't have to worry that you'll lose the key).

There is no electric coffee machine. Garbage disposal is made somewhere on the street and it is not mentioned either in the room or in the online instructions.

Slaapkamers waren te klein. Je kon niet fatsoenlijk het bed instappen. Bedden waren ook doorgezakt. Uitzicht niet mooi. Je kijkt tegen lelijke gebouwen aan
