The house was great, spacious, everything that we needed for a large family. The site was great too with the option of using the club house if we wanted to.
We used UBERS to get to and from where we needed to be and we averaged $30 for a journey a day which was much less than we would have spent on hiring a car.
There was free WiFi which was helpful
It was great having a washer dryer throughout our stay as it saved hassle at the end of the holiday having to come home to properly wash everything!
We didn’t have many cleaning facilities to clean for the 2 weeks. We ended up purchasing some cleaning supplies. The hoover didn’t pick up very well and that was after us having to unblock and unclogg it.
The air conditioning vents were very dirty and we were concerned about this. Outside area also didn’t feel very clean. The pool itself was fine but the chairs/ lounger (especially), table and floor felt and looked grubby. We gave the chairs table and loungers a scrub but didn’t have anything to do the floor with.
The property itself wasn’t as clean as we would have expected. The bottom sheet on the main end had a streak mark on it but we just washed it and put it back on.
There was also ALOT of ants that were in the outside area, utility room and the outside bathroom that led to the bedroom. That was a pain.
We had an issue with the tv which we contacted the hosts about and they helped us to resolve this.
