Will stay again as the price is great b

Clean and comfortable!

They need some fresh fruit for breakfast. The fridge that has yogurt and cup fruit for breakfast needs to be colder. The items inside are not cold at all.

Overall Very Nice! Will Stay there Again! Clean! Breakfast could be a little better!

Great Customer Service, Clean Rooms, Very Attentive Staff. Parking is readily available.

Breakfast could have had more selection and the quality could have been higher. Adding Meat (Bacon, Sausage, and Ham) and a choice of potato (hash browns) would make a great difference. Offering scrambled eggs instead of Egg Omelets, getting rid of the muffin mixes in a cup and replace with real muffins, adding fresh fruit, and getting new beverage machines (ensuring lines are replaced and water is filtered( would make a big difference as well. Also Get rid of the sausage, egg, and cheese muffins...gross.

Had a good stay

Indoor parking, easy access, large rooms and good breakfast. Front desk personnel were great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Casino was fun, won a little. Restaurant was wonderful, good food, good value, and absolutely the best wait staff and cooks. Very friendly and personable 😁

My only complaint was the straight back wooden chairs in our room. Not comfortable after a long drive.

It is a nice place to stay and close to a resturant

The breakfast was OK, a nice variety of things to eat, the location is kind of hard to find the first time but it is easy once you know where it is at.

The guy that re heats the omelets for breakfast always heats them to long and they are just like rubber, and you can't understand his language when he talks.

TOO PRICY

The front desk gentleman was very helpful - the others miserable !!! Don’t like your job get a different one. Breakfast not great but the young guys working - very accommodating or tried with what they had.

Good time and was comfortable

Had to leave a day early and the manager worked with me to get credit for the last day. Had a problem with bath tub not draining and it was addressed quickly and housekeeping was excellent.

Our Deadwood stay was great. We'll do it again next year if we can!

The breakfast was fine, not difficult to get to. Choices of food were OK, but the fourth morning we did go to a restaurant for breakfast. The times are changing and while they didn't service our room during our 4 night stay, the staff made it simple to obtain any supplies, etc. that we needed. In a way, we liked it better than the "old days" because we didn't have to vacate the room every day while someone came in to straighten up. It was simpler and more convenient to just do it ourselves!

There isn't much we didn't like.

Removed a glob of hair from the drain BEFORE I showered. Pet area is not accessible.

The breakfast was nothing special (microwaved eggs?) but the two guys working in the breakfast area were fabulous. The room is cavernous and not intimate at all.

Minimal breakfast choices in a weird uncomfortable room.

Pleasant

The staff was friendly and the location had a beautiful view.

The room was decent, but having a smoking room and being a non smoker. Gotta really do something about the stale smoke smell. It was pretty bad.

It was alright for the price once your in your room you forgot about the rest of the hotel

Fair price

Confusing, hard to find certain areas. Out dated hallways and walking areas. Breakfast area was terrible. Been better if it was outside. To confined and ceiling to low!

Very good

Office worker parked her little white car in a handicapped spot. When I told her it was for handicapped people she just said she could. When I had to go back in the lobby, I could hear her joking to her coworkers about what I had said and what she said. She definately is not the best employee for your buisness.

Overall a great stay. Convenient location to both Deadwood & Sturgis. Receptionists were friendly & very helpful. Accommodations were clean & comfortable. Breakfast was nice but could benefit from adding a few more options like bacon/sausage.

Building was like a maze but map given on check-in was great.

The security person helped us park our oversized vehicle.

The breakfast server was very nice, the eggs he served were terrible/inedible...tasted like rubber. No ice or drinks on our floor.
