The breakfast was excellent. We signed up as new IHG rewards members at check-in.
Unfortunately, our room was not ready until 5PM, not the 3PM check-in time. We were placed next door to a wedding event. We thought they were going to come through our room when they took down the decorations in the middle of the night along our common wall. There were glass beads and decor remnants everywhere when we exited our room the morning after the wedding. Due to the two missteps, we were promised extra points on our IHG account. Eight days later, our stay points have not shown up. There are 1,000 points in our account, but we are unclear what these points represent. Per the person I spoke with we should have 2780 points for our stay plus the extra promised. We are waiting....

Cute place. Very clean. Quiet. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Loved the little gardens out front.
No hair dryer. Would have liked softer bed sheets. No thermostat in room to control temperature.

Unable to get ahold of the front desk for an AC issue, most outlets in the room did not work
